The first Introduction to DSLR workshop at the Creative Spark Studio was a ton of fun. Lynn, Lynda, Carolyn and Nancy all learned how to set up their cameras and now know the basics of digital photography. A couple of AHA! moments made for a fulfilling day for the teacher (me!).
Japanese elephant ear plants growing on my front lawn. A neighbour who had a bunch of these plants growing on his lawn let me dig up three for transplant to mine.
The leaves on the plant are huge. Some of his were the size of garbage can lids. And despite a late spring snowfall, they’re still growing.
Anyone have a DSLR and don’t know how to use it? I’ll be running an intoduction to DSLR photography workshop at the Creative Spark Workshop studio Saturday, April 20th, 1pm - 4pm. We’ll spend some time in class learning hows and whys of digital cameras and then we’ll head out to take some pictures. Hope to see you there.
